As it is an Earned Salary Advance, an employee can withdraw his real-time earned salary up to the number of days he has worked in that particular month. The balance salary amount will be credited to the employee’s account at the end of the month.
You need to check status at My active plan under the personal loan feature in the benefits section. As and when the loan is approved, the option to e-sign the loan agreement will appear there. After signing the agreement you need to set an E-mandate in your bank account for deduction of EMIs. You will receive a link on sms for that. Same will also be available in the My active section.
No, you are only eligible to withdraw up to your earned salary, which will be calculated based on your accrued salary till that particular day.
